   Frisbee Golf. Think of it just like a golf hole except for frisbees.

   I would have to look more closely at your object, but I think it is a form of Witch’s Hat, where each of those chaims has a handle on it and everyone grabs one, runs in the same direction and when going well, lift their legs for a “ride.”

   Disc golf! My husband used to be really into this, so much so that he built his own target and used to practice in the back yard. It’s a popular sport among stoners and neo-hippies.
