Becky I still miss your mother too. I have such fond memories of your parents. Everytime they came through Iowa they would stop at Uncle Bud’s house. I was always so impressed with your dad, he always wore a tie and he was a “professional.” Your Mom knew so many things. I stayed with them for a week in Pappilion (sp.), before it was a big suburub, and she bought me a 500 piece puzzle of a mountain. we didn’t get it down, but before I woke up the last morning, she had numbered all the pieces we had done already. She took it apart in as big of chunks as possible. Since then, I have never stopped loving jigsaw puzzles.
I love what you did for your daughter when you gave her the heart and told her to put it in her kissing hand! How special. Such wonderful memories you are making with your children.
